How we handle your information.
This policy explains what Thyrsus Botanicals collects when you use this site or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do.
Who we are
Thyrsus Botanicals is a nutraceutical, supplement and Ayurveda inspired nutraceutical consultancy run by Dr. Varsha Prabala, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For privacy matters, write to prabalavarsha@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Details you send when you request a call or write to us: your name, email address, the topic you want to discuss and any notes you add.
- Information you share in emails or calls, such as product, formula or label details.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to any website, such as IP address and device type, handled by our hosting provider.
- Nothing is collected through advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and send what you asked for.
- To run and improve the site and keep it secure.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to run the site and to talk to you. They process data only to provide those services:
- Wix, which hosts this site.
- Google, for the fonts used on this site and for email.
Some of these providers store data outside India.
The free tools and audit demo
The tools and demos on this site are meant to run in your browser. Please do not enter confidential formulas or personal data into any demo.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and booking details for 24 months after our last contact, or longer if the law requires, and then delete them. Client files are kept as set out in the engagement agreement.
Your choices
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to give you a summary of the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent, and you can nominate someone to act for you. Email prabalavarsha@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
Children
This site is for businesses and professionals. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.
