By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The site is for brands, founders and professionals, and you must be at least 18.
No consulting relationship by default
Reading this site, using a tool or requesting a call does not create a consulting, advisory or doctor patient relationship. Work begins only when we both sign or accept a written proposal or agreement.
What the site shows
- Content is general information and opinion, not medical, legal, regulatory or financial advice.
- Demos, samples and examples, including the sample label and audit, are illustrative. They are not results for a real product.
- Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee search rankings, sales, approvals or any particular result.
Our content and brand
All text, designs, diagrams, tools and the Thyrsus Botanicals name and logo belong to Thyrsus Botanicals or are used with permission. Thyrsus Botanicals is a registered trademark in respect of the services covered by its registration. You may not copy, scrape, resell or republish site content, or use our name or logo, without written permission. You may quote short extracts with a link back to us.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or probe its security, or use bots to copy it.
- Do not submit anything unlawful, or confidential material you have no right to share.
Manufacturing partners and third parties
We may introduce brands to manufacturing and sourcing partners and link to other sites. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their products, services or terms. You should do your own checks before signing with any partner.
